Wishing there was a way to change the locking settles so the phone hold be completely leveled. It's sturdy, it holds the phone well, it leaves the top and bottom of the phone open so any plugs, mics or speakers are not blocked, and it's the least expensive type available.THE PROBLEM with this particular source though (Brand: SNIFITAR, sold by V Cool Store) is the head cannot be rotated at exactly 90 degrees (or 45 or 180, etc.) In other words, your phone will never be straight. I exchanged the first and the second one was exactly the same.See my picture: that part in the middle can rotate along internal grooves that were stamped into the metal wrong, so only it will never stop in the alignment you mostly likely want. THIS is why it's always such a risk buying products manufactured in China because there's little quality control. I bought a similar type in Thailand just as inexpensive and it was perfect, but this model and this manuacturer is useless.I love the product. Phone stays steady
