I enjoy falling asleep with music / movies / tv on but don't always want to sleep on my side so I got this and mounted it on my headboard. I have a pretty big phone with a Big Case on it, Otter Box.I was able to feed the charging cord through the end and then fit my phone into the cradle, it's secure and the arm is strong enough to hold it up,I'm able to watch the phone no hands just laying back till I realized I missed 1/2 an episode and I shut it off and fall asleep.I've used it for about a week now, no issues, it's never dropped my phone or failed to stay where I put it.Sturdy reliable and cost effective.
