Its difficult to pull cell phone out. It gets stuck to the plastic.The cell phone lanyard is handy to have to keep from losing your phone. Also, I don't have to dig in my purse if I get a call while I am shopping. By the time I find it, the call has gone to voice mail so this is much better.Returned..unable to use camera unless disassemble unit from casing..I really liked the looks of this phone case, ordered the size recommended. Ended up being to small for my phone. Did fit a family members phone so i did not bother to return it. . But will not reorder the larger size,as i found another one that actually fits my needs better.The case did not fit my IPhone 10x. While I was trying to insert phone in case it got stuck and The strap broke when I was trying to remove it. I had to cut the case to remove it.The metals inside scratches the phone every time you put it in or out. And it is very tight. Its like a plastic folder, no allowance.It should have been designed to hold both size phones. It was a gift for my friend. She has no use for it.the stitching is coming apart. I've only had the case a month or soCute enough. Wouldn’t buy on Amazon again. More Ali express quality / cheap. Is way too small for an iPhone XR. No camera lens hole, and no access for charger. Dollar store quality.
